CAMPAIGN FEASIBILITY STUDIES
The first step toward a successful campaign would be to conduct a Feasibility and Planning Study to:
Determine the potential scope of a campaign that will motivate your supporters. Determine what motivates your donors, and what hurdles may arise.
Identify potential candidates for campaign leadership positions and excite potential lead donors and volunteers about the upcoming project.
Establish a challenging but attainable fundraising goal so that you can launch the project with confidence of its success.
WHAT IS THE FEASIBILITY STUDY PROCESS?
- In-person meetings to prepare a test case for support for a potential campaign, identify target audience, and train staff
- Confidential interviews with prospective campaign leaders conducted by Petrus
- Electronic survey of other campaign stakeholders and prospects
- Interview and survey data is compiled and analyzed by the Petrus team
- Final report is presented to institutional leadership

Set Up for Success
A feasibility study will give your organization aĀ realistic picture of your supporters' interest in potential campaign projects, and their capacity to support a campaign effort.
Building Excitement
A well-planned feasibility study will engage and excite your supporters about the campaign. The study gives supporters a chance to learn about the project, lend their advice, and voice their concerns.
CLARITY FOR THE ROAD AHEAD
Upon completion of the study Petrus presents a report detailing findings, providing analysis and evaluation of the data, and recommending a course of action to best support your vision.Ā
You will have an understanding of which campaign projects your constituents support most, and to what extent they are willing to fund those projects.
